Refund Policy for Academy courses & programs

Instructor-Led Training

We offer a 100% refund if you meet the following criteria:

• Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.

• Have consumed less than 25% of the learning content.

• Have attended no more than one (1) live online class.

• Have not requested any certificate, voucher, or kit.

Refund requests that do not meet all these conditions will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class/session due to unforeseen circumstances or change its location (if applicable).

Crash Course Cancellations & Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund:

Duplicate Payment Refunds

If you have made a duplicate payment, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your request.
